About this training

Deep Democracy offers theory and tools to provide a complete facilitator toolkit. The training is self-contained but forms part of a four-level series.

Who it is for
Managers, conversation leaders, facilitators, teachers, team leaders, coaches and trainers.
Prerequisites
No specific prior education is required, but experience working with groups is recommended. HBO+ level education is needed to grasp theory and group dynamics.
