Process Facilitation
House of Deep Democracy, the school provides process facilitation within businesses and organizations. We facilitate complex decision-making processes using Deep Democracy and The Work methods, combined with our trainers' expertise in group facilitation and leadership.
Coaching
We develop professionals who function as facilitators, conversation leaders, managers, team heads or coaches. Our approach embraces all opinions within decision-making processes and seeks to extract the best from everyone involved.
