We collect data through the enrolment form (name, email, address, phone, organisation details), the contact form (name, email, message) and the newsletter (email address).

2. Why do we collect this data?

We use your data for training administration and execution, communication regarding your enrolment, invoicing, and sending relevant information.

3. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on: performance of a contract (enrolment), legitimate interest (communication) and consent (newsletter).

4. Retention

We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with legal retention periods.

5. Third parties

We share your email address with Mailchimp for the newsletter (based on consent). We do not share data with other third parties, unless legally required.

6. Your rights
